Graham is a dedicated North Carolina Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® who brings a strong financial background and a personal passion for homeownership to every client she serves. A native of Upstate New York, Shanna holds a degree in Business and began her professional career in banking in 2007. She purchased her first home at the age of 19, an experience that inspired her passion for real estate and helping others achieve the same dream.

Shanna has also served as Director of Sales in the manufactured housing industry, where she successfully led sales teams and helped families find affordable homeownership solutions. This diverse background gives her a broad perspective on real estate and adds depth to her understanding of both traditional and alternative paths to homeownership.

With a strong financial background, a personal investment in real estate, and a client-first mindset, Shanna is committed to helping her clients buy, sell, or invest in properties across the state.
